If there is one story I hear from women all over the world, it’s that they are challenged and frustrated by their inability to really look after and honor themselves.
There are millions of professional women who feel like we don’t have enough hours in the day for work, family and friends, let alone time to take care of self.
A massive tension builds up between wanting to achieve more and the overwhelm that often goes with it. As a result, women feel alone, lonely, and experience a profoundly negative impact on productivity and quality of life.
You can make better use of your ‘magic wand of time and choice’ to create the more deeply satisfying life experiences that you desire — have more play, explore more possibilities and reach your greatest potential.
Do I hear a quiet, “can I really?”
Yes, you can!
I’m not talking about girl trips, vacations and your average retreats. These are fun in the moment – but they’re often temporary band-aids trying to cover up a much deeper issue. Don’t get me wrong, these are great escapes we all enjoy. Keep that up.
But what I hear women sharing is a much deeper longing for pathways that bring them life-long, transformative results. And, I hear them say that they can’t or don’t want to do this by themselves; they believe community would help them make the changes they seek.
Let’s talk.
