But, beyond that, it is a fantastic metaphor that serves as a reminder to us…
It’s not a reminder that there is anything wrong with you! Or that you are not enough.
Rather it reminds us that intention is not enough.
Which serves to highlight the irony and difficulty described in the title of this week’s video: Why We Don’t Choose Growth.
You see, it’s not that we don’t choose growth… meaning, it’s not a lack of intention.
How many times have you promised yourself that today will be the day that you start this, or stop that…
Maybe you’re more likely to make promises to yourself about tomorrow… Or plan next year’s resolution… forgetting that it is only May!

Intention is not enough.
