We need to talk about this

Hello Creators and Doers …

Look at me practicing what I preach!

I’m giving myself a pat on the back for this one.

We had a couple of little technical errors recording this week’s videos.

But, in the spirit of last week’s MuseLetter “Breaking the Perfectionism Trap”…

I fought through the discomfort because… the message is there, it’s important, and the video is more than “good enough”.

So, here it is!

Nobody talks about how hard it actually is to change.

Everyone says “just think positive,” “just shift your mindset,” or “just manifest it.”

But no one talks about how hard it actually is.

No one tells you what to do when you’re stuck in the same loop, replaying the same worries- loneliness, chaos, debt- on repeat in your mind. And guess what? When that’s all you think about, that’s exactly where your energy, emotions, and life will go.

For 15 years, I’ve worked with women just like you- brilliant, high-achieving, and completely exhausted from trying to “figure it all out” alone. And I’ve seen something incredible happen over and over again.

When you start intentionally and consistently applying the right shifts- small, simple steps that actually work- everything begins to change.

It’s not magic. But watching it work? Feels like magic.

So, let’s start small.

Grab your journal. Let’s check in.

👉 How does a typical day feel?

👉 What thoughts are on repeat in your head?

👉 What do you feel in your heart space- expansion or tightness?

Because here’s the truth: What you think about, you bring about.

If you want something different, you have to think and feel differently.

And no, that doesn’t mean toxic positivity, wearing a fake smile, or pretending like everything is perfect.

It means choosing, moment-by-moment- to shift your focus, reframe your story, and take real action toward change.

Head, heart, hands.

Think, feel, do.

That’s the process.

If you’re tired of replaying the same movie in your mind- the one where you’re stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected- it’s time to create a new one.

And I can show you how.
