Hello Creators and Doers …
They say “Heavy is the head that wears the crown.”
I’m here today to tell you..
I get it. It’s tough.
Leadership is tough… because it all falls on you…
And we ALL take the lead sometimes.
So this one goes out to all of the leaders in the crowd, which is Every. Single. One of us.
And then, the pressure is on.
Because we are not responsible for ourselves alone…
In those moments, we think for, decide for, and act for others as well…
And our decisions impact their lives.
Which, let’s be honest, can be tough.
But by taking guidance from Owia Kokroko (The Great Sun), we can learn how to lead with confidence, wisdom and compassion–for ourselves and others.
Because if you, the leader, can’t manage your own energy and emotions:

Easy answer: You can’t.
So the best thing that we can do for ourselves is to develop a set of tools that we can use when the moment calls for it…
