It’s not a big secret, everyone has experienced self-doubt. It manifests itself in different ways for each of us. If we’re honest with ourselves, we recognize it for what it is. Some of us are willing to share what it means to us, some of us allow it to stir deeply, but don’t want it to surface.
“Maybe these thoughts that I’m having are true, doubting myself so much, I don’t need you …” My son’s new video masterfully expresses words that ring true for many of his followers and for the rest of us too.

Acknowledging our pain and challenges is a critical step before we can heal.
“Uncertain mind, uncertain times” has made many of us improvise our way over the mountains we have faced. Do you feel alone? Have you dared to express just how remote learning and working has taken its toll on you and those you care about?
How does self-doubt play out in your world? Do you lash out at others, when the problem is within your own inner belief system? Seek a higher mindset and disband the false gods of your disbelief.
Whether you strive to re-connect with yourself, or bring dispersed families and teams back in sync, be mindful of how self-doubt may have shown up in ourselves and others. As each of us re-groups, remember the words of Confucius: The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.
Take one small step at a time. It’s not an easy task to remove self-doubt and reinstall confidence and creativity – but a task we must embrace! Toks finds his way around it: “accept the mess, way less confusion now, can’t fix the crazy, I just use it now, I just use it …”
Just use it!
