Hello Creators and Doers …
Some coaches play games.
Particularly, the shame game.
It’s where they harp on your mistakes, shortcomings and mess-ups until you have nowhere else to turn, but to their wisdom.
I do not play this game. We will never play the shame game here.
Because I know a few things about shame.
- After shame comes defensiveness, and defensive people aren’t ready to change
- It’s harder to form connections with others when you feel shame
- Shame is the lowest vibration, least productive, most harmful emotion
And that’s why I do not play with shame.
Because the situation you are in right now is not your fault.
It’s not.
You were taught to put your career first. You were taught to sacrifice everything for that career achievement. You didn’t know any other way.
You believed that your #1 priority was your career. You pushed your own hobbies and joy aside so you could work those extra hours. Believing it was the honorable thing to do.
It’s not your fault. You didn’t know that you’d wake up with regrets.
You were told it would all be worth it.
It’s not your fault, and you’re not alone.
There is no shame here for doing what you thought was best. And now that you know you want more from life, it’s your time to move towards it.
The next steps might be daunting, but you don’t have to do them alone.

See you at the summit ????
