There is something magical about the celebrations and festivals of light that frame the end of every year and the beginning of the next.
Holiday lights remind me of magical wands. All the fairy godmothers have one, so do some of the little pixies. I love fairy tales. When you’re touched by the fairy’s magical wand, everything is delightfully possible.
So whether you lean toward logic or myth – what’s your magical wand? What do you value and believe in? I ask that question inviting you to explore beyond your ultimate, and often rote answers. Think about the wand that you have within your reach or environment, the one that allows you to have some power over your own tomorrows.
We are both teachers and students. However, there comes a time when we truly awaken to the difference between embracing what someone else has said or suggested and knowing what is true for us within the parameters of our own acceptance and understanding.
I offer the question again: What’s the nature of the power that fuels your magical wand?
Magic is believing in yourself. If you can do that, you can make anything happen ~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Enjoy the magic of the season,
