Expansion

How do you hold onto that which you believe cannot be captured? We have all experienced the often-contradictory moments of savoring what we see before us and yet lamenting the ‘fact’ that it will be gone in the blink of an eye.

That’s how I felt staring out this window, overlooking my piece of the Caribbean Sea.

The sky went on and on and the sea seemed endless – In those moments I felt really full and expansive and yet I knew the days would tick away and it would all be gone?

Then, I closed my eyes, took a really deep and believing breath and promised myself I would remember this feeling of a calm and powerful blue stillness.

So, how do you hold on? Behind the memory of your closed eyes you can see and feel what happened just like you can create images of what you would like to see unfold. All that stops you is a little imagination.

See it!
