Mozella has spent decades studying and practicing the art and science of change and transformation. She is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the Federal Republic of Nigeria and admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade.
Originally from Florida, she spent most of her life living between East and West Africa and traveling the world, bringing a global perspective to the insights she shares.
On her second attempt, Mozella reached Mount Kilimanjaro’s 19,341 ft peak at the age of 60. In addition to science-based tools, she uses dynamic lessons from her global adventures and experiences of failure and success to guide clients. She supports them to reach the heights of their potential with less stress and overwhelm, thereby avoiding burnout.
