Unbelievable Truths

Changes happen – all the time.  Some of us see the s-l-o-w evidence of that, some of us see it coming way before it is accepted in mainstream society, and others still don’t believe it’s possible to be and do what ‘they’ say we can be and do.

Yet, to keep up, it’s important that we implement what we can to change what we want. And if we remain closed to learning how to do so, if we negatively label what we don’t understand — well, you know the quote that so many people have reiterated – essentially, nothing changes until you do. We can all benefit from turning on our internal lights and seeing what else there is for us to discover within ourselves.

Returning to the United States as an 18-year-old, third culture kid, I was fascinated by my introduction to the mysterious world of intangible thoughts and feelings. Much of what I studied was well beyond anything I had ever been taught before. And I might add this was independent study. Today, what was less known is now being widely heralded and embraced in a dizzying array of conversations and studies about the impact of consciousness, neuroscience, and quantum physics in our lives.

Vast technological changes have caught on widely. It’s the more subtle internal, invisible workings that we are each capable of using to impact our external and visible world that I have always found most exciting.

Two weeks ago, in our winter retreat, The Architect & The Tree, we addressed how to intentionally access the powers that reside within our minds by imagining what we can design in our world and learning to plant in our consciousness the outcomes we say we want to realize.

There is so much that is in your control – and admittedly, it takes belief and consistent practice to begin to understand that you truly are the co-creator of your future.

The extent to which you can influence your results – beyond the ordinary – requires you to embrace some unbelievable truths in order to implement them as easily as turning on a light switch.

And they are truths not only because scientists have indisputably proven them, but also because millions of people over many hundreds of years have also proven them to be so in their lives and the lives of those around them.

Keep your light on!
