Just before we get to that… as you know, spots for this inspiring mastermind program are limited to only 10 participants. And when I say that it’s for “a hand-selected group of women,” I really do mean it. That’s why I like to have a short, private conversation with anybody who’s thinking of coming—to make sure that this mastermind retreat package is right for them, and they are right for it.
I truly hope that doesn’t sound arrogant. I don’t think of myself as a gatekeeper – it’s more about ensuring that both you and the group are served in the best and highest way possible. Besides, I’m excited to meet you and learn more about your specific goals and challenges. Meeting so many amazing women is a great privilege and a true source of joy in my life.
All you need to do to get the ball rolling is hit the button below. A screen will pop up for you to enter your name and contact details. You can send a brief message if you like, but it’s not required.
Go ahead and hit the button now…I’ll be in touch soon and we’ll schedule a time to speak.

What People Are Saying About Mozella...
Mozella is such an engaging speaker and storyteller … the right amount of wit, wisdom and thought-provoking exercises. An authentic voice that inspires the woman and leader within!
Lisa Bergeron, AWE Founder & Chief Visionary Officer
Mozella's talk is always so inspiring and unforgettable, it echoes like a poem deep in every leaders' heart. Convincing and thoughtful.
Megumi Okugiri, Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics, Tokyo, Japan
Our leaders were so inspired by your story and how you helped us frame the change that is ahead in meaningful terms that allow for individual and collective action. Brilliantly done. Thank you!
Lidia Soto-Harmon, Chief Executive Officer, Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital, Washington, D.C
Absolutely remarkable and fantastic delivery! The impact of this talk will indeed add value to any organization seeking to equip its team and members.
Adeola Azeez, Chairperson 2011-2013, Women in Management, Business and Public Service, Lagos, Nigeria
Mozella, you and Nike are so right … “just do it!” The provocative question that continues to drive me: What would I do if I wasn’t afraid of failing? We as women haven’t been taught to value ourselves and consequently, we measure our worth by external reflections – we work too hard, over-extend, compromise, etc. What you offer is an opportunity to bask in our own light, stretch and grow, and work to prioritize ourselves. Again, thank you.
LM Jackson, Washington, D.C.
…. firstly let me say that I was in the audience last week at the Marriott Hotel (London, England) and the evening was inspirational … Your words touched my heart and opened me up again to embracing my creativity.
Leah Longville, London, England
Your opening was the best I have heard and was a joy to witness. I love the use of creative writing, storytelling and voice to draw us into this most important work. It was an honor to learn through you.
Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom, Mindful Employer, Portland Maine
Not only do you have the ability to unwrap people's hearts, but also to effortlessly realign them with their purpose, help them reveal their clarity of vision, and reawaken their faith in themselves.
Vladimir Mladjenovic, Director Founder at Tomorrow People Organization, Belgrade, Serbia
Mozella is a Trailblazer! I am inspired by her teaching and continue to be uplifted by her unrelenting desire to live her BEST life and guide others to do the same. Please continue to set the standard for women around the GLOBE!
P. Bundy, Washington, D.C.

Loved it! I’m amazed by how seamlessly Mozella makes the transition from poetry to dialogue – author to great storytelling. What’s not to admire …?
